RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
We regret that all goods sold are not refundable. Products are only exchangeable if they have been defective and faulty. Zaturee reserves the right to disallow exchanges based on management's discretion. Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase. Damage items must be return together with original tag, original box, original string bag and receipt.

How do I Exchange
Exchanges cannot be accepted on stained, washed or used merchandise. Items to be sent back to us with their original packaging.
Should there be no stock available at the time of exchange, customers can choose to wait for the stocks to arrive or use the credit for an upgrade of product.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by normal post.
How about postage charges for exchange items?
Customer would have to bare for the postage fee shipped back to us during exchange process. We do not offer free shipping for exchange items, we will reimburse normal postage for defected / faulty / incorrect item(s) sent. (Below 1kg – RM6, Above 1kg – RM12)
Pick up is available for exchange items ONLY within 48 hours after delivery. (ONLY BY APPOINTMENT) Pick up area only available at Sunway GEO, Subang Jaya. Please kindly whatsapp us at +6018-9829122 to make an appointment.
Can I refund?
We regret that all goods sold are not refundable. For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be using for shipping fee (if cannot cover shipping fee, customer have to pay the balance of the shipping fee). For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.
